Library Cards: Free library cards are available to all Wisconsin residents. Children under the age of 18 need a parent or guardian’s signature. Proof of current address, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or utility bill showing name and address is required. A $1 replacement fee will be charged for a lost or destroyed card.
Renewals: Most materials may be renewed twice unless a hold has been placed. In that case, the material may not be renewed. To renew an item, call the circulation desk at 715-247-5228, bring the item in, or renew it online through the MORE online catalog. Please note that overdue material may not be renewed online.
Fines: The library does not charge fines.
Reserves: Any material owned by the Somerset Public Library, except for reference and local history items, may be reserved through the MORE online catalog, in person, or over the telephone. Patrons will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as the reserved material arrives.
Interlibrary Loan: Materials not owned by the Somerset Public Library may be available from another library. This can be checked in person or online. If you have questions, feel free to ask a staff member for assistance.
